2. These terms and conditions provide users with information about their rights, restrictions and responsibilities when using the information and services on the website. Each user operating the website is bound by the terms of these terms and conditions from the time they enter the website until they leave.

CONDITIONS FOR ORDERING, PURCHASING AND PAYMENT
1. Ordering can be done through the contacts listed on the website.
2. The quoted price is for 1 piece in BGN including VAT. The price of the product does not include the shipping cost.
3. When paying by debit/credit card via V-POS, the following conditions apply:
3.1. The types of cards accepted are: debit, credit and business Visa and MasterCard.
3.2. Transactions are processed through the MasterCard Identity check and VISA Secure security programs.
3.3. In terms of security, the maximum amount you can pay with a card is 5000 BGN.
3.4. We do not store details of bank cards used for payment via the site.
3.5. In the event of a need to refund an amount paid by bank card, the amount will be refunded to the card used for payment.
4. When the user uses a discount code, the discount will NOT be applied to items on promotion.
TERMS OF DELIVERY
1. Delivery is made by courier company to the address specified by the user. The user undertakes to provide access and a contact person to accept and pay for the ordered products. If the customer (or a person authorized by him) is not found at the agreed time of delivery and cannot be contacted by telephone at the time of delivery, the parcel shall be returned to the courier’s office and then to the Company Operator until requested by the user.
2. If the consumer has hired another person to accept the parcel on his behalf, he (the consumer who originally placed the order) has no right to object to the delivery and return of the parcel.
3. The cost of delivery shall be borne by the User, except in the case of clause 4, and the cost shall depend on its location, and the delivery period under the courier scheme or delivery terms of the Operator Company.
4. Free delivery on orders over 350 BGN for the whole country. If discounts are made from the prices published on the site, excluding the discount code used, free shipping does not apply.
5. The Operator or a representative of the courier company undertakes to notify the User by telephone or e-mail if there are sudden circumstances preventing the timely delivery.
ADVERTISING
1. Complaints for goods purchased through the online store shall be made in accordance with the rules of the Consumer Protection Act and the terms and conditions of their commercial warranty.

CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT AND REFUND OF THE AMOUNT PAID
